Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account for the MigraInfo app by Sonoran Apps LLC (iOS, Android and app.migrainfo.com), what is deleted with it, and what is kept. You can do it from the app or, if you no longer have it installed, by email.

In the app

1. Open MigraInfo and go to Settings.
2. Tap My Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. If it has been a while since you signed in, you'll be asked to sign in again first, so we know it's you.

Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out.

Without the app

Email support@migrainfo.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address your account uses (the Google or Apple account you signed in with). We reply to that same address to confirm the request came from you, then delete the account. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your MigraInfo account and its sign-in (Google or Apple).
• Every case you track in MigraInfo, with the names you gave them, their change history in your account, and your private notes.
• Your alerts history and the push notification registrations for your devices.
• Settings and preferences stored with your account.
• Your membership in any MigraInfo Pro organization: your name and email come off its member list and your seat is freed. The organization's own records, such as its cases and audit trail, belong to the organization and stay.

We delete this data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep information longer.

What is kept

• Purchase and subscription records are held by Apple, Google or Stripe under their own policies, and we keep the minimum billing records the law requires.
• Case status and court records come from USCIS's and EOIR's public systems. Deleting your account stops MigraInfo from tracking them for you; it doesn't change the agencies' records. Our own copy of a case is deleted once no MigraInfo user follows it.
• Aggregated usage and crash statistics that can't identify you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first: in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings if you subscribed in the app, or under Settings → Manage Subscription in the app if you subscribed on the web. See Support for details.
