Why hasn't my case status updated?

On the free plan, cases update when you open them or tap Refresh. With Migra Info Premium, we check your cases automatically in the background and notify you the moment anything changes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We can't process cancellations or refunds directly — billing is handled entirely by the app store you subscribed through.

Is Migra Info affiliated with USCIS or the immigration court?

No. Migra Info is an independent, third-party app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS, EOIR, or the U.S. Department of Justice.

Can Migra Info give me legal advice about my case?
