Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Migra Info mobile application (the "App"), provided by Sonoran Apps LLC ("Sonoran Apps," "we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

The App Is Not Legal Advice

Migra Info is an information tool, not a law firm or a substitute for a licensed immigration attorney. Case status information, Visa Bulletin data, and Premium "Case Insights" explanations are provided for general informational purposes only, do not constitute legal advice, and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Always consult a licensed attorney or accredited representative about your specific case.

Not Affiliated with the Government

Migra Info is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the U.S. Department of Justice, or any other government agency. Case data displayed in the App is retrieved from those agencies' own public systems; we don't control its accuracy, completeness, or timing. Always confirm anything important directly with the relevant agency or your attorney.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to access another user's case data or account;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App or its backend systems;
• Use automated means to submit case lookups at a volume that could disrupt USCIS's, EOIR's, or our own systems.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Migra Info offers optional paid features (an ad-removal purchase and a Premium subscription) through Apple's App Store or Google Play, processed via RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — we can't cancel or refund purchases directly, since the app stores handle billing.
• Prices and included features may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes to Premium features.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that case status data will always be accurate, complete, or up to date — it depends on third-party government systems outside our control. AI-generated Case Insights are produced automatically and may contain errors; treat them as a starting point for understanding your case, not a determination of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonoran Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any decision made in reliance on case status information or Case Insights. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
