Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every organization starts with 14 days at the Starter limits, no card needed. Choose a plan any time during the trial and you are not charged until it ends.
- Do clients have to agree before we text or email them?
- Yes. A client opts in on your sign-up page or you record the consent they gave on your intake form. Texts honor STOP and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Nothing is sent without consent on file.
- Where does case status come from?
- USCIS status comes from USCIS's official case-status service. Court status comes from EOIR's public automated case information, checked from your team's browser. MigraInfo Pro does not log in to any of your agency accounts.
- Who can see our data?
- Only members of your organization. Clients who follow a case in the MigraInfo app see that case, not your notes, team or other cases. Our privacy policy explains the rest.
- Can we change plans or cancel?
- Anytime, from Settings in MigraInfo Pro. Plan changes are prorated; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period already paid.
